Main Street Alliance applauds the efforts of the members of the U.S. House of Representatives to replenish the SBA’s Restaurant Revitalization Fund

April 7, 2022

On the House passage of Relief for Restaurants and other Hard-Hit Small Businesses Act (H.R. 3807) today, Main Street Alliance’s Director of Policy & Political Impact Didier Trinh had this to say:

“Main Street Alliance applauds the efforts of the members of the U.S. House of Representatives to replenish the SBA’s Restaurant Revitalization Fund (RRF) grant program and provide much-needed additional relief to restaurants and other hard-hit businesses. Many small businesses – especially restaurants – are still reeling from the economic impact of COVID-19. This relief cannot come fast enough for small businesses as many were left out of last year’s initial round of RRF. We urge the Senate to take up the Relief for Restaurants and other Hard-Hit Small Businesses Act and get urgently needed relief to struggling businesses to help our local economies recover.”
